Hello!
Thank you for visiting my home page. I am glad for meeting you on my web. My
name is Tohru Naito. I was born in Kobe city in 1968. But I have been in Kyushu
Island (Fukuoka and Kitakyushu). Thus, I love those cities. I have finished Ph.D program in Kyushu University
Graduate School of Economics on March in 2003 and got Ph.D
economics. My research category is regional science or spatial economics based
on microeconomics and macroeconomics. I have taught at four universities, which
Kyushu Kyoritsu University, Kushiro Public University of Economics, Tokushima
University, and Doshisha University. I
stayed Indiana University Bloomington and researched my major as a visiting
scholar from 1995 to 1996. Special thanks to Prof.Eric Rasmusen for my research or other things. If I
have a chance to visit IU again, I wanna go
there. Moreover, we got married with my wife Hiroko Naito in Bloomington. So Bloomington is one of our memorial places in our lives.
Since I transferred from University of Tokushima to Doshisha University in
2016. I have worked universities of four main islands in Japan
